As an experienced food stylist, chef, cookery presenter and cookbook author, a kitchen is my sanctuary, my happy place, a place where I love to cook, write, create and style to bring a client’s idea to life.

I love food and food is my life and has been from my youngest memories of cooking with my Italian grandparents.

Having worked in the food advertising world for 30 years and travelled extensively, from the beaches in Kenya, Thailand and all over Europe I have a wealth of experience. Including working with many of the world’s leading food brands, biggest advertising agencies, production companies, top restaurants and publishing houses.

I have styled over 100 TV commercials and hundreds of advertising campaigns. Travelled around the UK doing cookery demonstrations and written cookbooks. Styled numerous cookbooks from MasterChef winners to Pizza Express, Reds True Barbecue, Mary Berry and many more. I also write and develop recipes for food brands, supermarkets and celebrity chefs.

I am now proud to offer my own food photography studio in East Sussex.
